frequently asked questions

I think I have a case, what should I do first?

Click on our "Consult" tab to the left and fill out our Case Intake Questionnaire.

After I submit the Case Intake Questionnaire,
what will happen next?

Once we receive your Case Intake Questionnaire, we will follow up with you within 1 business day to schedule a free case consultation with an experienced attorney.

How does the free case consultation work?

The free case consultation is a conversation between you and an experienced attorney. This discussion allows the attorney to better evaluate your case. The consultation usually takes about 1 hour.

What happens after the free case consultation?

At the end of the free case consultation, we will immediately give you our evaluation of the potential strength of your case.

If you determine I have a case, what happens next?

If we determine you have a case, we will either offer to represent you or find a lawyer in our network that will take your case.

If you take my case, how much will it cost me?

If our firm, or another lawyer in our network, takes your case, you do not pay anything until your case resolves.

When my case resolves, how do you get paid?

When your case resolves, our firm, or another lawyer in our network, will take a percentage of the settlement or verdict. That percentage, or "contingency fee," usually ranges between 33% and 45%.

If you represent me, how much personal attention
will my case get?

Your case will be aggressively litigated. We will fight to get you a resolution as quickly as possible. Also, you can expect to hear from your attorney at least once a month. And you will have your attorney's personal cell phone number.

How long will it take before my case resolves?

There are many factors that determine how long a case takes. However, on average, most cases settle within 1-2 years.
